Doug Henderson
Broker In Charge/Managing Partner
Born and Raised in Pawleys Island, SC- Doug has an intimate and deep understanding of the area. Through the decades, Doug has developed an extensive knowledge base and first hand real estate experiences that make him well suited to help his clients find success and achieve their real estate goals across a multitude of asset classes. His knowledge of both real estate and the area; coupled with decades of relationship building makes him a great resource for anyone wanting to buy or sell along the Grand Strand area. He has helped clients navigate transactions ranging from simple to complex- and is always ready to go to bat for his clients. When not helping clients buy, sell and invest in Real Estate you can find Doug surfing, golfing, fishing, or coaching his kids sports. Above all else he is most proud of his family and loves spending time with his Wife and Kids.
Chris Caraballo
Sales Person/Investment Specialist/Partner
As a graduate from Waccamaw High School and Coastal Carolina University, Chris has chosen to grow both his career and family in the Waccamaw Neck. Through a diverse portfolio of Real Estate investments as well as helping clients as a realtor, he has developed a dynamic knowledge set across real estate markets. This skill set along with years of investment focused growth has led to a well positioned real estate portfolio for him and his clients. Through ever changing and diverse market conditions his skill set has led the way into many financially lucrative acquisitions. Chris loves to spend his time investing, staying physically fit and enjoying the outdoors in Pawleys Island. With a family first attitude, he enjoys coaching his children as well as many of the local kids in the surrounding community.
Jenna Henderson
Sales Person
Jenna was raised in Pennsylvania and moved to South Carolina in 2008. She pursued a Masters of Arts in Teaching Science at Coastal Carolina University and has taught in Horry and Georgetown county schools for the last 12 years.
Jenna became licensed to work alongside her husband Doug. She pulls from her background in education to meet the needs of each individual client with honesty and integrity, Her focus on marketing, client relationships, and organization keeps her up to date in today’s market.
Residing in Pawleys Island she spends her free time with her husband and two kids. You will find her at the beaches in the summer or volunteering at the Waccamaw schools and her church.
Jeffrey Minner
Sales Person
Jeffrey Minner has been a licensed real estate agent since October, 2008. He has worked full time in the industry since 2012 holding a real estate license in two different states: Idaho and South Carolina. Jeffrey has also held both a specialty contractors license and a general contractors license as well during this timeframe to aid his real estate clients.
Jeffrey’s professional background is extensive and unique ranging from over 400 real estate closing, multiple residential flips, 3 new construction speculations between 2018 and 2022, aided investors in residential and commercial land rezoning, aided clients in residential subdivisions processes for final plats, multiple 1031 tax exchanges, attended multiple future comprehensive plan meetings, managed commercial properties and more.
On a personal note, Jeffrey grew up in San Diego California and married his high school sweetheart. Together they have four kids and are enjoying life in Pawleys Island, South Carolina.
Jeff graduated from Boise State University with a BA in Social Work. He has a passion for helping people and building lasting relationships
